Eligibility & Overview
- Open exclusively to direct invitees owning a Shopify store.
- Requirement: A minimum of 10 sales in the past 3 months.
- Challenge Period: 60 days from the start date specified in the welcome email.
Challenge Objectives
- Social Media Activity
- Post at least three times weekly on social media.
- Include one original user-generated content (UGC) post and two posts created using the Ecommercebot tool.
- Ad Spend Requirement
- Maintain the previous month’s ad spend level, with a minimum of $250.
- Ad spend to be managed exclusively through Ecommercebot.ai’s platform.
- Training and Error Management
- Dedicate a minimum of 1 hour to training with the FAQ Trainer.
- Address and rectify any chat errors within 48 hours.
- App Integration
- Install and actively use required ShopifyBot apps from our marketplace.
Terms & Conditions
- Non-Compliance: Failure to meet these terms may result in disqualification and ineligibility for the reward.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes to be communicated to support@ecommercebot.ai.
- Amendments and Termination: Ecommercebot.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge at its discretion.
- Liability and Indemnification: Participants release Ecommercebot.ai from liability and indemnify against losses from challenge participation.
- Store Verification: Only Shopify Stores are allowed. Other platforms will be downgraded to Ecombot.ai and will not receive a 30-day free trial.
